Grech's carries the PST although I think you can find it cheaper somewhere else, possibly Triggers n' Bows.

Wild Birds Unlimited in Guelph, ON is owned by the guy who owns Vortex Canada and they can get any Vortex product from the warehouse if you call and ask for it.

WBU does NOT sell rifle scopes. They do sell binos and spotting scopes and related accessories.

No, they don't stock them, but WBU will get them if you ask for specific models. Was told this by the manager when I bought my spotter from them. He offered to have a Razor HD on hand if I wanted to look at it when I went to pick up the spotter.

Is Vortex the best brand when it comes to optics, dot light, and etc?

It's really a matter of preference. I love my Razor HD spotter. The optics quality is great, but definitely not the best (have compared it side-by-side to multiple Kowa 800 series). I still prefer my Premier Heritage scopes to anything else that's available, as far as quality and overall features go. For red dot scopes, I'm partial to Aimpoint. The Vortex Viper PST 1-4x is top of the list for the service rifle I'll eventually get around to building... unless something better comes out before that.
