who shoots .22 Hornet here?

I have a unicorn- a LH Browning A-bolt Hunter. I've only had the rifle since the winter but have found a few really nice loads with both 35 and 40gr VMax bullets with W296 and Lil Gun powders. The 40's seem to be the ticket.

I believe it has a 16" twist in a 22" barrel.

Anyone with leads on an aftermarket stock for this thing?

Last ones I got from Rayner Shine guns in Sk. He does some gun show in AB & SK.

Brno ZKW-465. Don't have a clue about twist...
Shoots great with 13gr Lilgun + 35gr Vmax

faster twist is attractive if you want to shoot the heavier bullets, as you can get .224 bullets up to around 75 grains now.

I know, might seem a little silly to shoot something so heavy...but I'd do it for the gits n shiggles of it.

I doubt any factory Hornets come with 1/7 twist barrels....which is what you would need for a 75gr pill.

Browning A Bolt micro medallion here. 1/16 twist, 22" barrel. Very accurate little rifle.

I have the exact same rifle but with the LH action.
Also a CZ/Springfield M6 Scout.

EAMCO in the US offers barrels for the .22 Hornet down to 1:9 barrels for the T/C Encore/Pro Hunter platform.

At Hornet velocity maybe a 60gr will stabilize, 68gr pretty low chance, 75gr no chsnce.

I think you mean Eabco (E. Arthur Brown Company), they make some nice stuff... but hard to get stuff (or even answer) from them.
