I ve never owned a 22mag just the 22lr and so I now I m currently waiting for a 22 mag barrel for my Blaser93, just to have something different should be fun to play with.Who else likes the 22mag.

I had one in the Sako Quad. The round was nice to shoot, especially for small varmint around my house in the country. Nice and quite compared to my .223. I’m looking forward in getting another one. Just not sure in what make and model yet...

That was my first rifle, Lakefield Mossberg .22Mag, ammo was alot cheaper then. Now you can buy centrefire for less money than .22Mag some places.

Browning T-bolt 22mag, first rimfire magnum. Bought it 2 years ago. Matte grey barrel, target grey laminate stock very nice shoots great.

Only trouble is finding a couple spare helical mags...

Recently acquired a new Browning T-Bolt in .22 WMR and she's my 100 yard
tack driver for around the acreage. I'm totally sold on the T-bolt and the .22 WMR,
a fantastic combination.:)

I just bought a used Mossberg bolt .22 Mag that was in an estate. I will use it for a change when shooting those cute little gophers at gopherxs' place next Spring. I haven't fired it yet. I am stocking up on ammo. I know ammo is a bit pricey, but when I see people coming to the stores buying two or three packs of cigarettes at $10 or $12 a pack, I figure, "What the heck....":p

9422m, picked up 600rds of .22mag for $70ish when a local store put them on sale.
Don't shoot the gun much, should last a while.

Can anybody recommend a reliable and accurate Semi-Auto in .22 mag?
Very few semi's in new productions. I understand that is because there are extraction issues with this round in semi-autos. Is that true?

A good friend of mine recently got a single action revolver in 22lr/22mag. We've run a few boxes of the 22 magnums through it and I like them. They certainly have a lot more pop to them than the lr's. However, the magnums are pricier so they'll be an occasional thing only.

I have a .22wmr lever gun that is quite the gopher getter.

I would have bought a semi if one was around. But now that I have this in my hands I am glad I bought it. Its reliable, accurate, and much more powerful than .22lr. I can still fit a couple hundred rounds in my pocket too.

Remington 597 in .22 mag is a fantastic semi-auto. Just toss out the plastic mag it comes with and get some metal ones. Mine doesn't like to feed the CCI soft points but it'll gobble hundreds of rounds of Rimington accutip.

I love the sound of that round. Cracks like a centerfire. My gf give me s**t because I never bring enough rounds up to the range.
