Again, if the mag was manufactured to hold 30 rounds, it is "NORMAL" capacity. You are looking for NORMAL capacity 10 round magazines. The stores you mentioned all have NORMAL capacity magazines but a larger NORMAL capacity than you are looking for.

That's why I put "high-cap" in quotes - I was merely trying to differentiate between what I found (25 rounds mags) and the ten round mags that I want.

It was clear to me that the OP was referring to 10 round clear Ruger 40th anniversary mags, which are indeed hard to come by. I'd also be interested in a couple. The Butler Creek etc. ones can be found on the rack at just about any local shop.

They do have a slight coolness factor.
I have 3 myself and you know when I load all my 10 round mags up for my family/friends to use.... the clear ones are the first they grab.
