Not police as ethics testing is illegal in Canada. Not an accepted practice by the courts so it would be a waste of time.

In the US they'll drop a bait car, leave it running with the door open and walk away and wait and see who steals it. Who makes the wrong ethical decision. Courts won't accept that type of sting in Canada.

Much like posting a prohib gun for sale, and seeing who bites.

I honestly cannot understand the logic of making semi auto's prohib for licensed firearm owners.

But I shouldnt start thinking about it because it just agrivates me... But yeah... Either a scam or someone completely oblivious.

I don't see why not, I don't think ethics should be judged on a sliding scale. If you jump into a running car and steal it, you knew full well you were stealing it.
