Whole lotta Tavors for sale.

There too normal now. Before it was all about that under ground attitude like "look at me, with my tavor in FDE and a 2400 dollar optic" or "what do you mean you don't have a tavor with a spectre on top? They're practically like an sks".

In actuality though, I'd equate it to a lot of broke ass oil patch workers looking to pay their mortgages.

There is always a "flavour of the day/week/month" when it comes to the EE. I doubt it's anything more than that. The prices are low, but still far too high for what it is.

Of all the NR .223 black rifles out there, the Tavor is one I will never sell. It is battle proven and, with the bullpup 18.5" barrel, it is the most compact and quick handling rifle out there short of a SBR AR.
I have never had a problem with the Tavor except when shooting left handed.

You certainly have an odd definition of cheap. I mean there is that one guy that painted his silver-ish but I would hardly $1,900 cheap.

That is certainly a rich comment coming from a guy who is shooting a T97.

You have a lot of armchair ninjas that just buy a rifle because it looks cool and shoot it 50 times if that, then sell it when the cool factor wears off. I have known quite a few people that are like this, they never really use there rifle and just get immersed in gadgetry posing too a mirror imaging they are in some big budget Hollywood Hero movie saving the world.

Maybe people are starting to feel the recession. :runaway:

^^^This...well it's not really a recession, but anyways, lots of guns going up for sale lately, not just Tavors. Not a lot of buying going on either on the EE lately.

There's a record number of abandoned wells in Alberta right now - something like 750, which is three times as high as the normal number. Lots of the small players are just emptying the bank accounts and shutting the doors.

Tavors were/are a popular status gun in the oilpatch. Right now, a lot of those guys need to pay the mortgage more than they need a status gun.

Used truck prices are down between 30-50% in Calgary right now. Same problem.
