Wholesale sports didn't own a tent factory, of course, they got maker to do batches for their brand. The trick would be to find the buyer who sourced the tent, hoping they would remember who made it and then, that the maker is still in business and still makes the design.
Or look at other, similar sources, someone might be selling the very thing under another brand - Chinook, Kelty, Sierra, Rothco, perhaps sold by Stapleton's Adventure Company or Forest City Surplus
