I just used this piece on their web-site and they respond really fast, it's great for checking availability, it's like a chat line. I tried this in vain because the phones were not getting picked up and was suprised by the quick response. They wouldn't take an order across it, good thing since it wasn't on a secure web-site.

One piece of the web-site that works well. They can also check inventory on stuff that's not listed on their web-site, as long as you have the mfg#.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't realize that they had that feature. It saves me from stopping into the store after work just to see if stuff I want has arrived.

Sure wish I had purchased more reloading supplies back when they were in stock.
