I only ordered from where one or twice and had nothing to complain about. Was a few years ago when I lived a few hours from any city and the local gun shop had limited reloading stuff. Others may have different opinions though.
 
I have purchased quite a few things over the years from them. Always great service and when I've needed it, above and beyond customer service!!!

For example, I ordered two cases of GP11 ammo for ~$380 because they had a free shipping deal, three weeks after I had placed the order they had a big sale on GP11 for $250 / case. I ordered two more and then asked if they had any kind of price protection for my previous purchase. They had no official policy but told me they'd refund the current sale savings to me on my previous order from three weeks prior! Wow! They didn't have to do that. They had my money. They had my second order. I guess they recognized me as a consumer that would likely continue to impulse purchase from them down the road and did me a solid.

I've been on their mailing list and never hesitate to buy from them.
 
A few years ago their online store had lots of problems but they seem to have got them fixed. I buy a lot of stuff from them at the stores and online. Better prices and service than Cabelas for most stuff. They have some good sales and free shipping promotions. They are one of the few retailers that' make it worthwhile to sign up for their email promotions and sales.
 
They are good to go. They have also refunded me the difference on items that go on sale after I ordered them as well.
One observation over other online vendors is that it sometimes takes them longer to get your order to the shipped state. So don't order today and expect it shipped today/tomorrow or the next day. I have had the last two orders of in stock items take 3 and 4 business days to get the update email that my products were shipped.
