I'm lucky enough to have an original sporter model from the early 80, s that I bought new for $200.It has an all metal trigger group unlike the newer versions. I had a SS model from mid 90, s and it was never the gun that my sporter is.I sold it bought a SR22, found it heavy and over priced. Sold it on the EE and broke even.I've had people pm me trying to buy the sporter or its stock but niet that one will be passed on to my son's.
