:)Nice. Any details on the rifle? In my initial quest for a 358 Norma Magnum, it was with the intent of getting one in a Schultz & Larsen. I had previously been offered a couple of CZs and a Husqvarna which I had turned down when a gentleman on site offered me another Husqvarna. I basically turned that down as well,:redface: until he sent me a few photos of it, at which time I weakened :redface:.





It's a Husqvarna model 1651 and too pretty to turn down.
I was finally able to locate and obtain a Schultz & Larsen, model 68Dl.



This was the last item of my quest for a three gun Schultz & Larsen collection, as/the three cartridges shown on the cover of an old Norma reloading manual.



Top down,
- S&L model 68DL in 7x61 S&H
- S&L model 65DL in 308 NM
- S&L model 68DL in 358 NM
Apparently these three calibres were the result of a joint effort or co-operation between Norma and Schultz & Larsen.

tell us more:
- weight
- velocity
- barrel twist and length

I'm wondering if the .35 family might be a good choice for using cast boolits in the Silhouette game. Need enough boolit strength and momentum to topple 50 lb, 3/8" steel plate Ram silhouettes at 500m, and manageable recoil for 2, 40 shot matches/day.
