I guess you can't expect quality surgery if all you can afford to pay is the value of a couple of used remingtons!

I'm guessing Tod/Grace was under pressure to look female because of the pics of him/her/it helping a naked young man use the toilet at last year's haggisfest. The poor victim probably begged him/her/it to have the surgery so next year's pics wouldn't be quite as embarassing if his family saw them again.

To be honest I've always suspected they are the same guy/gal. I've never seen them both at the same place at the same time.
