Still a few (older) Beretta Sporters on the racks with Mobil chokes ... older stock than the newer Optimas.
12 ga. Optima bore/Optima choke guns first appeared in 2000 in the DT10's, and were followed by 682 Gold E's, AL391's, & Urikas by 2004. Some 12 ga. target models still have Mobil's including the 686 E's and 686 White Onyx.
20, 28 & 410's remain Mobil chokes. Custom shop guns like the SO5 can be ordered with either fixed, Mobil or Optima chokes ... and the Mobil chokes work just fine, but perhaps just not as convenient as the extended colour coded Optimas. Beretta extended colour-coded Mobil chokes are available in the "Victory" series - with 8 different constrictions, Cylinder, Skeet, Imp. Cyl.,
Light Mod., Modified, Imp. Mod., Light Full & Full ... so - if the gun is one that suits you, don't let the fact that it has Mobil chokes slow you down !
