The 19x barrel is compatible with the g19 gen5. That's what I have in my G19 Gen5 MOS, a 106mm 19x barrel. The only way at this point to get a 106mm gen 5 barrel in a g19 gen 5. The RCMP already have an FRT for that gun now because I installed that and had it verified to show the new barrel on my certificate.
