Unrelated, but the amount IRG spends on clear Saran wrap to bird, cat, dog, liberal, and weatherproof my package while its in the mail, is surely justification enough to charge a 25% restocking fee. I mean... I haven't needed to buy any of my own since I started ordering from these guys.
