Both are great action shooting sports with a lot to offer. The differences between them are, for the most part, small and technical.

What I have found to have mattered a great deal ... is the group of people you will be shooting with. If the events are well organized, there is good camaraderie, and a mutually held belief that everyone is there to enjoy the sport, and to make it enjoyable for others, then you are in the right place.
