Why does my Cooey firing pin keep falling out?

Like the title says, the firing pin keeps falling out. I've taken the bolt part, made myself a nice little tool to do it, but the pin falls out after a few times of opening the bolt.

Any ideas?

Which Cooey are you referring too?
He made a lot of different models.
A couple pics would help too.

Edit: Now before you go prying on the pin...let someone else come on and confirm.
I have not had any of my bolts apart.
But I was told the safety lock pin has to come out.

It's a 39. Same bolt as the Ace.

There is a tiny recessed pin that holds it in. It's likely gone, I've used a tiny finishing nail peened over to keep them in place.

There isn't a space though the outside of the bolt body for a pin. I compared the body to another bolt body that does have a pin.

My guess is that the pin is broke or part of the firing pin might be worn or...
