Why doesnt my 870 like High brass shells?

There seems to be no surefire way to make my 870 express jam that works better than using high brass shells. Its a guaranteed way to have them either hang up in the chamber, fail to extract, or fail to eject.

Can anyone shed some light on why that is, and how to fix it.
 
Little more info on this gun.

When I bought it would jam constantly because the chamber wasn't finished properly from factory. Sent it back to remington, and they polished the chamber up real shiney. Now, it worked fine for a few years after that and only recently started being a douche about high brass. Would you still say polish the chamber?
