Why I couldn't make the Rundowns.......BCRA Service Match

One should also note that Sparrow could hardly make the rundowns too!! You should all know that he was barely keeping himself together on sunday morning for the soldier's match, and if he hadn't puked before the team matches he would have done so during those stages. He kept his chin up and carried on in a manner that is a model for all self sacrifice. He is a little daft though, the poor fellow should have learned after the Nanaimo match that it's not safe to go out drinking with me on the saturday night before the rundowns........ :twisted:

Its kinda nice to get these get well wishes. I think the plastic surgeon was a little to quick with the scalple, as you can see on my last surdery, top pic, he filleted me like a carp. The white thing is tendon. This end result is from getting an infection, cellulitis, and strep A. It went stupid in 2 days(after the pistol shoot) I had over done it then, and trying to do another rundown for Svc Rifle, did me in. The nurses and staff at St Pauls are really angels....no complaints. Thru no fault of their own..just didnt know, they placed a vac machine on my ankle, with out a vaseline dressing. The foam attatchment stuck to the wound and had to be torn out. Gents...I have never, felt such pain as when they pulled out that foam thing. It had been on for three days sucking out the poisen. I bent the monkey bars over my head by wrapping my hands in the chain, it hurt so much....then it happened again. Now....they know to use this special dressing first. I am hoping that this next surgery on the 8th, will be the final one. I was thinking of you guys on the day of the sniper match...wishing my partner and I could have been there.
