of course, you left out the fact you bought the consignment rifle four years before you contacted us that there was an issue.I had a bad experience with Clay, manager of Prophet River. I bought a Ruger Predator (target style) in perfect condition and paid near new price. I got quite ill and did not try the gun for a while. I took it to the range and I got misfires from light primer strikes. I sent it to Gravely-Ruger warranty rep Canada and they refused to replace the striker spring under warranty. I paid for the repair. I took it to the range again and couldn't hit paper at 25 yds. it was shooting 90 moa low. The gun had a bent barrel and it looked like it came from the factory that way as there wasn't a mark on the barrel. The gun was on consignment from the seller. Ruger waranty rep in Canada - Gravely refused to replace the barrel. Prophet River refused to take responsibility and refused to forfeit their $200 commission on the sale as a good gesture. So now I have a $1400 piece of junk, plus about 22 dollars in repairs and another $200 in shipping costs. So- my opinion of Profit River isnt the best. Buyer beware.
I do not care too much about how fast is shipping. But I care about best price and qualityI placed an order for a rifle just after 2 this afternoon, 15-20 minutes later transfer approved from the Fuds, 1/2 hour after that, I get the notice it has shipped with a tracking number.
It just does not get any better than that, period.
Well done to Clay and the team your a well oiled machine !!

I checked his google reviews. Seems he is well enough to leave bad reviews for many. A couple responses from the owners are funny. Quite the guy, the Randy McCall, it would seem.So you have been a member on here for over 4 years and this is your 1st post, slamming a site sponsor, man you are a piece of work. If I follow this correctly you bought a used rife off a consignment list at PR and 4 years later you had a problem with it and wanted PR to take responsibility and reimburse you their commission as a good will gesture, after the manufacturer refused to fix it, I think that about sums it up, seriously man think about that for a minute
