Why is Beretta so bad?

Glock 22s used to act like hand grenades...GLOCKS SUCKS!!! Also...you have to pull the trigger for take down? STUPID!!!! The trigger is mushy as all hell, the grip sucks and the factory sights blow chunks. Just saying!!!!

you forgot to mention how reliable the fourth attempt ar getting it right worked out for Glock. Very good guns for what they are but now are showing their age. The Gen 4 suffered initially so any discussion of reliability and the Glock deserves an asterisk at least.

My one regret is I didn't go for a hand picked Tarig offered to me by one of the dealers. Price was very good and it would have made a great "truck" gun if "truck" guns ever come in vogue again.

AFIK of the popular pistols being sold today only the M&P was designed around the .40cal then chambered for the 9MM. I do know the Berreta and Hi Power weren't and the .40cal does push the limits of these two designs. The early Glocks didn't fair well either when chambered in the .40cal.

30K of rounds through one gun is a heck of a lot of shooting for most. With my modest collection near impossible. Love to many designs to put that much effort into one gun.

ps TDC I promise to buy a Glock 17 before l fold my tent for good. Right now I am getting ready to play with my son's M4 Shotgun. I get to keep ot until I am done shooting. John in BC is goona be begging for mercy at his next multi-gun shoot. LOL

Exactly...a Glock is no better then 99% of other handguns!!! If you have to learn/get used to a grip...why would I when many models fit my hand and point naturally? Paying for a Glock only replace sights sucks and costs you more money..." the Glock trigger is pretty good, just misunderstood by a lot of people" is a similar excuse you use for banging an ugly girl to your buddies when they find out!!! :p

No, most handguns have worse issues. Glocks are much better pistols than most.

You have to train to run any gun correctly so "natural" pointing is meaningless.

Most factory sights are pretty lousy in my experience, but the Glock ones are definitely worth throwing away.

The descriptive similarities are irrelevant, of course...the Glock trigger is pretty good. Short reset with a positive tactile click...very very easy to run fast.

It's definitely true that most gun owners don't shoot 15000 rounds in 10 years. That's why the opinions of most owners aren't really worth anything.
