Why is it so hard to find retailers

H, Newbie here. I've been browsing and I'm sure this is a common posting, but why is it so darn hard to find simple parts/supplies in Canada?

I'm looking for many parts, but currently hunting for a HKS 22S Magloader. They sell for about $6 in the U.S. but it seems next to impossible to find online at any price.

Any advice other than a plane ticket?
