why no data spread sheet ?

I couldn't find it in a thread search.....why don't we have a successful handload sticky spread sheet. Something for us post results and compare notes to without always posting threads for.
I would imagine it could list the usual suspects: cal., bullet grain & manufacturer, powder type, charge grain, fps, group, a brief detail of the gun being fired out of, ect......
Is there legality issues ? Could a usual "not our fault, assume no responsibility" at the top of the page cover off everything ?

Just a thought.

Another forum I frequent, you have to state the source the loading info came from. Due to liability issues.

I recently downloaded whats called Reloaders Reference v9 (google it). It is database with a tremendous amount of information compiled, searchable and well worth having on hand to determine powders, recipes, bullet weights, also a lot of mold and cast bullet info.
