I'm not sure I really understand why people got worked up over $40 Gen 3 pmags. I cant find any other retailer who has (had) stock to sell of any Pmags, especially Gen3, and when I look on the EE there are still plenty of $50 Gen2 units to be had.
The scarier question is: when do we think we'll see another shipment of Gen3 pmags inbound to Canada?

If we get 500 next week then the price will come down, if we only get 50 in April then the price will probably stay the same.
We don't have an ETA - which is the dilemma. Pre-Sandy Hook we could get pretty much any amount on demand.
Now we have no clue of how many and when, but we still have to keep our store open and people employed.
