Wild game meat cutting

Why not do it yourself?

I would but here is the thing, I don't want to drag it all the way back to the coast in one piece. So from what I understand if you have a certified butcher cut and wrap and can verify what the animal is along with the ### then you are good to transport the wild game in a cool. Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

Once it's cut and wrapped, they ask for a game cutters receipt.
I ran into this at a stop and the CO's (fish cops) were concerned about the ###
of the wrapped meat.
Showed them my LEH and the meat was in my camper.
My home at the time.
Take photos of the kill spot, maybe mark a GPS waypoint and tell them to have
a nice day.

Butcher Bobs in forest grove
I usually do my own but this man is a true professional and makes the best sausage I've ever had.

if you want contact info, pm me

^^^Butcher Bob, hands down.

My only regret bringing him my one LEH moose was not having more sausage made. The man is an artist with his smoker.
