Wild game processing in Sask?

Looking for ideas and experiences from you guys have had with game processors in Saskatchewan. Moose and deer is what our hunting group is looking for. A couple of us eventually want to do it ourselves but it is not going to happen this year so we will be hiring somebody again. Anywhere in the Western half of the province might work for us. Who do you guys use that have to hire the work out?

My neighbor and I cut his entire moose in 2.5 hours last night. His father in law will wrap tonight by himself -- maybe another two hours. Do a small deer yourselves this year as training then move up to moose after you have that down.
