Wild TV HD

Upgrading to HD Sat with Bell next Friday and getting Wild TV (I can barely contain myself)!! You can't get HD Wild TV with Bell but I am just happy to get it period. I predict a sore ass for the next coming months. :D:D:D

I was thinking the same thing. I wanted WILD TV but not the rest of the package. You can purchase just the channel for $2.50 a month. It saves you a couple bucks a month by not getting the whole package. why pay for them if your not gonna watch them.
 
^ Really? I called a few months ago and was told that WILD TV was NOT available as a single only with the package. Is this something new?

hmmmmm.....went back to the bell website and I may be wrong. :confused: I was going from what I read from the website. After another carefull read it says you can pick channels from select theme packages....apparently not all theme packages. I may have to get the whole package if that is the case:(

Ive got the Sasktel HD TV/internet service and I pay around $3 on top of basic for Wild TV.
Wild TV is worth getting just for "North American Whitetail" I can't miss it , very cool program. :D

WildTV is now on the main BEV sat. They changed the lineup a couple weeks ago. Get FTA and never look back. The only problem is it takes ages to scan through 1000 channels.
 
Guys...as of Sept. 5th, 2007 we have been moved to the first satellite on Bell ExpressVu. What that means to you is that you do not need to get the nimiq 2 upgrade to get Wild TV...A regular dish and regular receiver can pick us up now.

We're also going to be FREE for the month of October on Bell ExpressVu...Channel 389!

BOWZONE, how come the fatasses at Starchoice wont get WILDTV as part of their program choices? I've called and they dont have it as a channel, I'm DIEING here lol, I really wanna switch to bell but my parents pay for the satellite and they dont think Bell is anybetter or worth switching

any advice on how to get starchoice to offer WILDTV? I know LOTS of ppl with starchoice that want to get it but cant.

I tried to get it as a single channel. Bev will not sell this channel on it's own. I'm stuck with the package. But it was nice not to need to upgrade my satalite itself. I will once Bev has moved to mpeg4. No need to waste my money on HD recievers for them to be junk within a year or so. Bev does not have a good track record with exchanges etc.

Wild Tv is the main reason I switch to Bell in my area. This is the channel I watch the most and TSN for NASCAR. Shooting USA is one of the best , but all the ones showing hunting just get me stuck on the wide screen

I think you have to get the channel with the 'Sports 3' theme pack.

There is no option to get WildTV by itself. Not on the Bell website through "Enhance programming' anyway.

Edit: I see this has been answered already. I should read the whole thread first. :p
