Wild Tv is on Bell Express Vu!

I didn't get it either and was told by Bell that it was only available to those with High def. systems. Apparently it's about $100 to upgrade.
Sorry, I don't watch enough tv to justify that just to watch WildTV.
Sucks to be those without HD!
 
I just contacted Bell myself. They told me that the new programming started yesterday and that it would take a few days for ALL of Bell's customers to receive it. That HD thing doesn’t make any sense since you can still watch HD channels; you just won’t have it in HD. They also said it was a free preview till the start of Feb. /07. This should be a fast winter.:D

How can you watch HD channels without the proper receiver and the subscription. :confused: Not to be argumentative, but my non HD receiver doesn't "see" the HD channels even though it is on the same dish etc with my HD receiver.

Bell's online interactive programming guide doesn't list 389 yet. :( I don't think 389 is a HD channel anyway.

Can't wait to get home tonight and check it out!

UPDATE - just spoke with BEV, we were both right. ;)
Channel 389 is NOT HD, but it is broadcast from their newer second satellite. People who have HD have already upgraded their dish (i.e. the $100 upgrade - it is an oval dish so it can see both satellites at once) so they will "see" the channel right away. The channel will be part of Sports 3 (it will be a new one, so don't go looking if you have it) theme pack once the preview period is over.

Man oh man, looks like it will be Hunting and Fishing 24/7 in my house now. Well, ok, the wife and kids may have some say in the matter. :mad:

bell told me I need a $100 part to get that channel.Im a switchin to Dishnet before I pay an extra $100 to get a cannel.
 
Strange, I spoke to Bell also. They told me that I can't get it because I'm still on the original subscription package (which is no longer available). If I change my package to reflect the new themes (and prices) I will be able to get 389. I don't think they know WTF they are talking about :confused:
