I've been bugging starchoice for a while now to add wild tv to the line up...

Thank you for your email. We will be adding The American Outdoorsman, which is the US equivalent of Wild TV. We believe the programming to be of better quality. We will keep you updated as to when it will be released.

I'm going to email them right now!. This is great. I've been watching Wildtv ALL month at the girlfriends house on Bell. November is going to SUCK, free month is up and she isnt going to subcribe to it :( . She wont even let me pay for it because thats all i'd watch! lol
 
I'd say keep asking Sc to add WLDTV though too, you can't beat the Canadian content, and I belive the president is on here as well, if not here forsure on bowzone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the American Outdoorsman itself only a single hunting show, not a network? IIRC, I saw it in the US while visiting some family and it was on The Sportsman Channel.

Considering the fact that as a Starchoice subscriber paying over $100.00 a month for programming and all I'm getting in the way of hunting/shooting shows is Newfoundland Sportsman, Canada in the Rough & Adventures North, any additions are welcome.

I'm kinda' getting a little sick of Starchoices leftist tendencies though. I was one of the original 1000 subscribers back in the mid-late 90s & my equipment cast me almost $1500.00 back then! I'm thinking of chucking it all and going with FTA. Sometimes it just isn't worth it supporting Canadian companies!

BTW: I just Googled the Sportsman Channel...mostly more friggin' fishing shows!:jerkit:
 
The free preview of WLDTV on expressview is even better than free ####! I don't have to pull the blinds or wait for the wife and kids to go to the store.
Friggin Bell "crack"dealers....give you a little freebie, then they've got you by the short and curly's!

Just found out... Wild TV is now on Starchoice. Channel 456 supposed to be free for a few weeks...to get us hooked...then its gonna cost ya.
 
Fri nite must be hunting nite on Wild TV channel 456. Starts with HUNTING CANADA AND BEYOND, next Angler and Hunter, then The World of Hunting, Outfitter Journal, Gortex Outdooor, Wildlife Obsession, The Wild Outdoors and Deer and Deerhunting. I have never seen this many hunting shows on Canadian TV Thats about 4 hrs WOW-----Cowboy
 
Yup, it's one as of today, finally got it around 1:00 pm at my house. Hey it's only 2.49 a month so why not. Free til the march 7th.
