Thanks,Hagar

I have a couple wildcat stocks here. They are nice, very light and resonably priced. Keep in mind that there is a bit of work to finish the wildcat.

What kind of price range are we looking at and how much work to finish them? I had Dennis Sorensen true a 700 action for me and install a Gaillard barrel in .270. The rifle is awesome but needs something other than the birch stock it is currently sitting in.

wildcatcomposites.com is the website. When I got mine I had to drill the holes for the action screws, install a recoil pad, install sling swivel studs, open the barrel channel a bit, bed the rifle and then paint it. I probably should have pillar bedded but I didn't. I believe mine is a carbon fiber model. They start at $259 and go up depending on options. Give him a call he's very good to talk to.

Stuart makes a nice stock. Had one years ago on a factory stainless model 7, finished rifle with decellerator, and bedding weighed right around 5.25lbs. Rifle shot better then when in the factory synthetic. As stated there is some finishing, not sure if he will still finish for you. I took the lazy route, and had him finish the entire stock, for a few more pesos.
