Wildest moose hunting video

Funny to see, but seriously risky. Some experienced woodsman consider a moose cow with a calf to be the most dangerous thing out there, due to their size and stupidity (unpredictability).

There is a very disturbing video of a man being stomped to death by a cow moose.
It was the most horrible thing I ever have seen. Not a pretty way to go... The moose danced on him and returned every time he moved and danced some more.

The only one I've seen like that is the guy that sprayed doe estrus all over himself and went looking for a buck. He found the buck, and the buck kicked the #### outa the guy. He's lucky the buck quit before he was killed.

Now that's a once in a lifetime experience! I cant believe that moose didn't smell him, since she was 2 inches away from his bare hand. Camera man did a great job on the footage too.

How agile are moose in tight trees? Can you keep them on the othere side of a good sized tree or will they kick at you to get you away from cover? I've had a young bull come charging into camp. I dove under the truck rather than try playing peek-a-boo with him in the trees.

Moose are very agile.
I'd avoid playing peekaboo with one if at all possible. They also are much faster than you'd expect.
The video of the guy getting stomped was in Alaska if I remember right.
The story went that some kids had been peppering the cow and calf with snowballs, and this old gentleman just happened to walk out with his little bag of groceries.
The snow banks restricted his options, and she stomped him to a pulp.

I like how the big bull was trying to peek around the tree to see what that smelly thing was :). I'm not sure I would have poked him with an arrow 3 yards away.

Am I just tired or does the color of his hands and his face look like a mannequin ?? I have never hunted with a bow, but that guy never moves that bow a hair the whole time. His hands and face just look fake to me.
