I've got a leather chest rig that is designed for an S&W 629 and was wondering if a Ruger Redhawk will fit. The 629 fits nice and snug (it should be as it was built for it). Is the Redhawk much larger than the 629?
My WAG is that it will fit, but slightly tighter. I just measured my Redhawk cylinder OD at 1.78". Compare that to your 629 cylinder to see if it is possible or not.
