Unless you do it yourself, the cost might make the project uneconomic. As Sunray mentionned, you must have the correct tools. MN barrels might or might not unscrew without an ordeal. If a reamer were required to set headspace, not many 'smiths are going to have one.
Is the Hungarian '52 a sniper rifle? A number of the MN snipers sold here were '52 Hungarians. From a shooting standpoint, rebarreling a sniper might be cost effective. From the collector standpoint, all the important information is on the barrel, not the receiver, so rebarrelling would not be a good idea.
A MN rifle with a bore good enough to justify salvaging the barrel is going to be a pretty nice one all on its own, might be a shame to break it for parts.
