Will Glock Still Be Around 20yrs From Now?

Voted yes, but they will need to make some extra R&D and not sit on their laurels, because the market for plastic guns became very competitive and, aside minor improvements on existing products, Glock didn't come with something very new (I don't consider the .45 GAP new stuff). Like 1911s, Glocks will become classics, but even the ol' 1911 had many improvements with years.

Simplicity and a good name. I assume that a lot of beginners (such as myself) who are familiar with big names such as Glock, would choose it because of how familiar the name is, and it is synonamous with reliability.

Definitly. Look at really successful pistols throughout history. The 1911 for example. Its been around alot longer than the Glock, and is still just as popular.
