Will I stabilise 190 gr VLD ?

I just bought a bought a box of Berger VLD 30 cal 190 gr.
I am going to fire them in my Rem 700 XCR 300 RUM with a 10'' twist rate.
On the box, Berger mention that I need a 12'' or faster twist rate.

What is going to happen ?

Your twist is faster. 1 turn in 10 inches of barrel is faster than 1 turn in 12 inches of barrel. Shoot away.
