Will it stabilize?

Will a 22-250 with a 1 in 14" twist stabilize a 60gr nosler partition? if so, what is the heaviest bullet that it should be able to handle?

I'm going to say "probably". And if it does, it probably wouldn't stabilize any heavier.

My custom 22-250 with a 1-14 twist Hart barrel will stabilize 60 grers but they do not group neartly as good 50-52 grers -

My Sportco44 in 225Win with 26" long and 1-14" twist barrel will stabilize 70gr Speer semi spitzer with very good accuracy at just under 3000fps. I can shoot them way faster than 3100fps with max load of H414 but accuracy isn't as good. You should do even better with 22-250 and Nosler 60gr b/c I belive it is semi spitzer to.

Mine will stabalize a 63gr Sierra semi-spitzer, but shoots the Sierra 60 HP much better. The 60 HP is good on deer.

Don't know about the Nosler.

I have some 60 grain Nosler Partitions but used the Nosler Accuracy Loads with the Sierra 60 grain HP.
33.0 of IMR4895
34.0 grains of IMR 4320
33.0 grains of IMR4064

All will shoot under a minute and in one BR competition at 300 yards my MOA for 5 - 5 shot groups was. 0.5421. The rifle is a factory Remington 700V.

My 22" 1 in 14 M70 in 22-250 loves the 60 Partition. It will cluster them into tiny little groups without any trouble at all.
