Will Norinco make a glock copy?

With Norinco being the copy experts, why haven't they made a copy of the glock? They've made copies of many other popular firearms. I think if they did it would be a popular choice.

Norinco isn't a manufacturer. What about the QBZ-95/QBZ-97/Type97? They rip-off eastern (Russian) technology also.

Well that's my point, I'd like to see a G17 clone that functions for under $400, I wasn't asking if they could make an all new pistol from scratch.
