It is said that the norinco Type 97 in Non-Restricted Status will accept all AR magazines.
Will the norinco Type 97 accept LAR-15 10-round .223/5.56 magazine or other 10-round STANAG magazine legally???
and, incidentally, I think the selling price($999) of the norinco Type 97 is too high!

Yes. Yes they do fit. Yes they are legal and the mags stay legal no matter what gun they fit in. And the gun stays legal no matter what mag fits in them.

If the price is too high then what does it matter?

And it says it will take all stanag type mags. It won't fit PMAGS according to some US reviews.

Well, I think canadaammo is listing them for $850

Jury is out on that one. Ryan at SFRC has said at that price Canada ammo won't be making money. It looks to be that $850 is the price of the former confiscated one.
 
damn that rifle is one of the top fugliest firearms I've ever seen. you guys are just all over it eh? well, there's someone for everyone, no matter how disgusting.
