IIRC, SIG is making a full-sized version. Any word on whether they will be imported in to Canada?

I have the Compact version, and have really grown to like the DAO trigger's consistent pull. In fact, I sold off a few DA/SA SIGs and converted my 239 to DAK.

Never handled one since they aren't availabe here...but I hope the trigger is more like on M&P (short and light), and not like the Sig's DAK; which I find looong and heavy.

And if they make the full size, I'd prefer something closer to 4in than 5in (4.25 woule be fine :))

What exactly is point of the P250? SIG already has a polymer frame gun.

The SIG PRO and descendents were great guns.

The P250 is 'modular' in that the internal frame(which is legally the gun according to RCMP/CFC and BATF) can be used in different configurations for frame sizes and slide/barrel lengths.

While one can expect the slide units to be rather costly, hopefully the frame-grip (the internal frame just pops out) will be reasonable for price.

They mention it in the video that's on their website, but they only show the compact version in the rest of the details.

Arent they refering to the P250 but with the full size grip ? The gun is the same , barrel under 4 inch but the barrels and grips can be alternated .

  • Interchangable grips in three sizes: small, medium, and large to fit any hand.
  • Interchangeable trigger: standard or short.
  • Three families to fit the mission: full size, compact, and subcompact.
  • Interchangeable barrels and slide assemblies let you change calibers and length depending on your mission: from 9mm, to .357SIG, .40S&W, or .45ACP.
It continues on after that about the safeties, etc.

When I checked with Woverine earlier this year they had reported that Sig hadn't started manufacturing the full size verison yet.

I'm not saying they are definitely going to be making fullsize/compact/subcompact for sure, I'm just relaying what the narrator in the video says. They show a picture of three different sized guns too.
