Will the Vortex VMX-3T magnifier work with a Eotech

Hi guys, I'm looking to find a good combo for my new Core15 AR, its the Tac m4 piston model with a flat top, I'm thinking of getting the Vortex VMX-3T magnifier along with a Eotech EXPS3-0. Was wondering if the Vorex will line up well with the Eotech? or do i got to mod it to line up.
 
It will line up, the vortex has a spacer to work with both absolute co-witness, and lower 1/3.

(translation: it works with all standard sight alignments, EOtech, Aimpoint, vortex, etc.)
 
No problem.
I like mine, but I find there is minor play in it. This does not affect the sight picture, but it is a slight annoyance.

If I were to do it again I would use a larue mount, and would spring for the aimpoint or eotech magnifier.

but then again.... half the price...
 
I have a Vortex VMX-3T mounted behind an Eotech 512 on my M4 with the small older style round hand guards. The battery compartment hangs over the hand guards. I take the Vortex off and take it to work to mount behind the Eotech 552 on my issued C8 without issue. Only thing I had to do was shave the Votex bolt a bit to fit the non milspec rail pitch of the C8.
