Will this Red Dot survive on a PAL rated air rifle ?

It will be fine on any CO2 or PCP gun.
Its the spring and piston air guns that kill even the best scope that are not designed for reverse (Spring/piston) recoil.
Most companies do make a Airgun specific scope, just had to be made for spring/piston airgun recoil
I have a $200 scope on my PCP 50cal that has almost 1000ftlbs of muzzle energy with a .380grain slug and it's held perfect.
PCP and CO2 are safe with any optics

I feel like I need an air gun rated scope.
I just thought the weird recoil on a sprinter wouldn't harm a red dot for some reason.
Guess I'm wrong.
For $60 and a stated lifetime warranty I'd give it a go and return it if it dies right quick.

Red dot's and scopes are quite different, That red dot is not made for a pistol slide but the ones that are sure do take a beating in both directions with every shot and seem to hold up fine.
Probably a big part of why there aren't many in the $50-60 range.
Although I did see a $85 one from Simmons recently. Might have to try one, got a Marlin 795 that I've been planning to put a dot on for a while but the ones I have around (some cheap NCstar and crosspoint ones) are too bulky and get in the way of charging the gun.
I heard a guy a while back that was familar with Chinese Factory costs on basic red dots and it was pretty mindblowing how cheap they are being produced even as the quality has gone way up across the board over the last 15 years. Cost is under $10 US from what I recall.
The new OSight SE fully enclosed pistol micro dot with 75,000 hour battery life, shake awake, multiple reticles, 2MOA dot and lifetime support is j $232 on sale till tomorrow. Pretty nice price considering what it offers and the inflation of the last few years.
The original version with the battery pack cover etc is on sale for $270. I bought the recharable version when they first came out and it's a pretty nice little unit with no worries about dirt, debris, snow etc getting in to the emitter area. I had to buy a $40 RMSc/picatinny mount from Amazon to mount it on a rail and I will probably run it on my little badger 27.5grams plus the mount weight is pretty lite.
