Williams fiber optic peep on 308 BLR?

Looking for some advise, wondering what people think about putting a williams fiber optic peep on a BLR compared to a standard peep with smaller aperature.
I mainly will use it in the tight bush and am not a big fan of the standard BLR open sights. I will be using a fiber optic bead as well.

Sounds like a good idea. I zero with the little disk installed and for hunting use the threaded portion as a ghost ring.

Ya, I competely agree, my issue is that the fiber optic peep isn't threaded. I can't decide whether to just use the regular threaded peep and have the choice to use the aperatures or have the advantage of fiber optics, but no aperatures. What to do??

I had a standard williams peep on an a blr I had at one time and a fiber bead up front. I found it worked quite well. Gave me nice quick site pick-up. I say go regular my 2 c's
