Not sure if I'm in the right spot here for this post but I had installed the WilliamsFP 94-36 rear peep site. It has adjustment features for elevation (up or down) and Windage (left to right). I've got it zeroed for Remington 150 grain ammo dead on at 80 yards. I tried some lever evolution ammo and it was shooting real high. Like 14 inches. So my question is if the elevation needs to be raised to bring the Evolution ammo down or does it have to be lowered...? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The rear sight needs to be lowered. If you don't have enough movement in the rear sight a taller front sight can be used.

Lodi is correct. It is also worth mentioning that when I put the same sight on my rifle I actually needed a taller front sight to make it work as it was still shooting high with the rear sight dialed as low as possible. I ordered a taller front sight from Brockmans Rifles. It is a nice product and under $40
