Win 1894 in 32-40

Just pick up this baby. It's a Win 1894 in 32-40 (or so the barrel says). I would like to fine out all I can on this rifle, when it was made, ammo avabl, history, value....etc:

Serial number puts it around 1899-1901. Value depends upon condition (natch). I was holding one two weeks ago in that calibre, round barrel, manufactured around 1920. Nice rifles.
