Win 231 and 38sp. 158gr.plated...Data?

I'm getting ready to load some 38sp ammo.
I want a light target load.
I can get some West Coast 158gr. flat point plated bullets
and would like to use my Win 231 powder for it.
I've checked the Lyman and Winchester reloading data,but no luck.
Any directions greatly appreciated.

Given the thickness of the plating on WestCoast bullets, why not just use the data for jktd bullets and work it from there? I use the West Coast/X-treme 158gr ESWC but in 357 mag and the published load data is just dandy. You're gonna hafta tweak it anyways.. Just a thought
