Win .308 Ammo?

Just wondering if anyone knows a good starting load for a '67 Winchester model 100 .308 semi auto. It was given to me by my dad who got it from his dad. I think they only shot it to sight it in. They had 150 gr bullets. I don't have a loading manual, so hoping someone else does. Just seeing what a good starting load would be as it's not shooting very consistent.
