It's centre-fire (Wikipedia). No idea where you could get some.
if your talking winchester 32 special ammo ( i dont know what u mean by the 05) its available at most gun stores but the lil guys like wallmart and crappy t wont have it..i've heard of people using 30/30 in there (very similiar round) but i wouldnt do it or recomend it...

The "05" refers to a Winchester semiautomatic rifle introduced in 1905. The "32 SL" refers to .32 Self Loading, a rifle round not to be confused with 32 ACP, 32-20, 32-40, etc. It is not 32 Special. More stuff from Wikipedia ... I had never heard of either rifle or ammunition before.

The .32 Winchester Self Loader ammunition is no longer manufactured.It along with the .35 Winchester Self Loader cartridge could only be used in the Winchester Model 1905 rifle.The Winchester Model 1907 rifle use a Winchester .351 Self Loader cartridge and the Winchester Model 1910 used a Winchester .401 Winchester Self Loader cartridge.
You sometimes find .32 Winchester Self Loader cartridges at gun shows.
