Win 92 44-40 to re -barrel

I have a 44-40 with no rifling left that apparently can not be re-lined as it's a Win 92 according to Redline in the States ? Not enough metal I guess? I suppose that leaves getting a new barrel? Any smiths in Canada able to do the work or one you would recommend? Harold
