Win 95 lever in .25-35

Looking at a first centrefire rifle for myself, is this readily available in factory ammo? Or is it kinda a needle in a haystack for finding reloading dies?

I was able to buy a few boxes on here and I got another 5 from Northsilva for the sum of $38/box. Not very cheap but a cool caliber non the less. Last time I was in Shooters Choice the had lots of brass.

if you have the dies, it should not be hard to anneal the cases and form from 30-30 shells

I was just in Gagnons gun shop In Oshawa Ontario today and they had 25-35 dies in stock .. so I would believe the dies are not so hard to get

Yep he is absolutely correct.........only made in the 94.................one of the rarer calibers to come across as well........

Sorry that was a typo I tried to fix it, It is actually a winchester 94.

I think they made the 25-35 up until about 1957.

Officially it was discontinued in 1936, I think but old stock barrels were on hand into the 1950's. However I don't think it was a catologue item during those years. I read once that several thousand .25/35 barrels were sold for scrap steel during WW2 but I find that hard to believe as in those years Winchester sold replacement barrels for the 1894 by mail.
