Been offered a model12 for $250 seen it years ago it was in really good shape, gentleman rarely used it.
Can't remember if it was vented rib or not. What are these guns worth, is it worth buying? Might be able to get the price down.
 
$250.00 is about the going price for a field grade plain barrel model in decent condition. Less if condition is not good. It's worth buying as long as you aren't one of those who wants screw in chokes. If full choke it would have to be opened up for steel. If it is to end up on the EE then none of this matters.
